Class Schedule

Studio small group classes offered daily:

  • TRX Yoga Fusion. Learn to use the TRX Suspension Trainer as your ultimate yoga & Pilates prop. Improve your mobility and stability. Safely deepen stretches and increases core strength. We begin each class with 10 minutes of myofascial release (using foam rollers). This class is open to all levels and is a great way to build your foundation for TRX HIIT!

  • TRX HIIT. (Total Resistance eXercise High Intensity Interval Training). Functional fitness training for all levels & bodies. Perform hundreds of highly functional exercises to build strength, balance, and core stability. Adjust resistance instantly by simply shifting your body position. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. Knowledge of TRX Training is highly recommended or start by attending TRX Yoga Fusion.

  • TRX Combo Family-Friendly. (Total Resistance eXercise). Functional fitness training for all levels & bodies. This combo class offers both TRX HIIT and Yoga Fusion in one class. Build strength and gain mobility, focusing on core engagement the whole way through. This class is open to all levels and is a great way to build your foundation in TRX!

  • Slow Flow. The perfect way to start your day! This all-levels practice will begin with a slow vinyasa warm-up, focusing on linking breath with movement. Then we will settle into low to the mat poses with deeper holds and conclude with restorative poses. This class is a beginner-friendly class!
    • Mondays 8:00am
  • Flow + Yin Yoga. This practice will leave you feeling physically and energetically balanced. Practice begins with 30 minutes of dynamic movement. Emphasis on synchronizing breath with poses to create an intense internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies the body.
    The last 30 minutes of practice, poses are held for several minutes focusing on finding increased mobility in the joints – spine, hips and shoulders. Each pose will aim to access the deep layers of fascia to release tension holding areas on the body. This class is a beginner-friendly class!

  • Ladies Night Yoga & More Events. Treat yourself to an evening of self-care because you need & deserve it, ladies. Space is limited, event sells out quickly!
    • Bubbly drinks and nourishing appetizers.
    • Relaxing Yin Yoga led by Owner Lindsay. You’ll stay low on the mat, with lots of supporting props to help you find physical, mental & emotional release.
    • A blissful offering of self-care and relaxation provided by Guest Healers (Acupuncturist, Network Chiropractor, and Massage Therapist)
    • Event runs the 1st Saturday every other month
  • Flight Plan: Arm Balancing + Inversions Workshop. We will cover how to build your inversion foundation step by step, how to use a TRX Suspension Trainer, core ball & yoga wheel as ideal props to help you find flight on the mat, safe ways in & out of postures, modifications & how to build confidence & patience! This class is open to all levels!

Specialty Offerings by Paddling Yogini LLC:

  • PaddleFlow®. Join Paddling Yogini (Lindsay Lambert) on the water! A combination of Stand Up Paddleboarding, yoga & pilates! This class takes your favorite poses & exercises & puts them on the water. Yoga, Pilates & SUP are great for building balance, coordination, endurance & core strength. We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP, then safely launch onto the water, do a short warm-up paddle, anchor the boards & start to flow! This is an all level class for ages 12 & up. No SUP or yoga experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).
    • Classes run June through August at both Beaver Lake & Lake Sammamish State Park
    • Private Sessions, classes and events available by request
  • PaddleFit®. Join Paddling Yogini (Lindsay Lambert) on the water! Learn proper paddling technique, turns, & work up a sweat on your board! We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper paddle positioning, stroke technique, launching, and progressions to getting up. This is an all level class for ages 12 & up. No SUP experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).
    • Classes run May through September at both Beaver Lake & Lake Sammamish State Park
    • Private Sessions, classes and events available by request
