  • TRX Yoga Fusion. Improve your mobility and stability, while refining your yoga postures. Together, TRX and yoga safely deepen stretches and increases core strength. The TRX suspension trainer both supports and challenges many yoga poses, making advanced poses more accessible by eliminating any fear of falling, boosting essential core strength and guiding you toward optimal alignment. All levels welcome!

  • TRX Basics. Join us to cover the basics of TRX (Total Resistance eXercise) Training! This class is ideal for people who are new to TRX but also those who are looking for a core focused, high energy experience in an overall body workout! This class is designed for beginners!
    • Mondays 7:15pm to 8:00pm (Starting in Sept)
  • TRX HIIT. Total Resistance eXercise is High Intensity Interval Training at its finest! No free weights to pick up/put down, no machine to adjust- just YOU making your body the machine on & off the TRX Suspension Trainer! This is functional fitness training for all levels & bodies! With TRX you are able to perform hundreds of highly functional exercises to build strength, balance, and core stability. Adjust resistance instantly, simply by shifting your body position. This class is designed for students experienced in TRX Training. TRX Basics is recommended before taking this class.

  • TRX Core Ball. Build strength in your core while challenging your whole body! The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. The core ball is another great tool for building strength, endurance and stability in the core because you’re on an unstable surface. Come work up a sweat with both of these tools in TRX Core Ball! All levels welcome!

          • Yoga for Newbies. New to Yoga? Come build your foundation here! This class will provide more in-depth instruction and explanation of poses commonly taught in a quick moving flow or hot yoga class. Students are encouraged to ask questions about the poses and discuss the impact of different variations on their body and breath. Learn to link movement with breath as Lori provides verbal cues to help students to maintain mindfulness of their body throughout the class.  This class is family-friendly, ages 12 yrs & up!

          • Rise & Flow Yoga. Come rise & flow with Lindsay! A dynamic yet meditative yoga practice, with an emphasis on synchronizing breath with asanas (postures) to create an intense internal heat & purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Helping the body become healthy, light & strong. All levels welcome!

          • Yoga for You. Everyone can experience the joy, power & serenity of yoga regardless of age, shape, size, experience or ability. In this practice, Lori provides instruction & encouragement to yogis of all levels as she guides students into poses with appropriate modifications & challenges to meet the needs of everybody. All levels welcome!

                  • Flow + Yin Yoga. Get the best of both worlds with flow + yin! The flow part of class will focus on dynamic movements, strengthening and a breathe focused practice. During the yin part of class you will enjoy slow, calm and deep connective tissue work. This beautiful blend of yoga styles will leave you feeling physically and energetically balanced. All levels welcome! Beginner friendly class!

                  • Gentle Therapeutic Yoga. Yoga Therapy with Amy will creates the opportunity to explore & meet your true intention towards a healthy physical, emotional and mental life. For all ages and levels; Yoga Therapy adapts to your strengths and where you may require ease. Each class is carefully designed and provides the flexibility to meet the needs of those that attend that day. All levels welcome! Beginner friendly class!
                    • Fridays 11:15am to 12:30pm
                  • Yoga for Strength. A wonderful practice for those who tend to push their bodies with sports and exercise or engage in physical labor and other intense activities. This class will emphasize stretching, lengthening, and recovery poses. Poses to strengthen the core and improve balance will also be included. More challenge will be offered to those who desire the progression, as well as modification for those who need them. All levels welcome!
                    • Fridays 6:00pm to 7:00pm
                  • Yoga for Mindfulness. Enjoy a slow flow while linking breath & movement, as Lori cues mindfulness of body throughout the class. We will explore gentle poses geared toward those not seeking the challenge of a vigorous flow class, but more so looking to yoga as a means to reduce stress/anxiety. All levels welcome! Beginner friendly class!

                    • Prenatal & Partner Yoga. Join prenatal yoga instructor & birth doula Sarah at any point during your pregnancy. This class is open to pregnant women and their partners (spouse, partner, doula, friend, family member, or anyone who will be providing birth support during childbirth). Classes are designed to address the discomforts of pregnancy and strengthen the body. Classes include breath and relaxation practice, modifications of standard yoga postures, and tools to care for yourself through the perinatal period. Beginner friendly class! All levels welcome!

                    • Postpartum Fitness. Join Lindsay & baby Kylo for fitness! A class for Moms to learn how to workout with their little one. Lindsay will teach a postpartum practice that she uses daily, since the birth of her 3rd child (Kylo) on New Year’s Eve 2018. She has created a workout routine with the TRX Trainer, foam roller, core ball & resistance bands. She will show how to workout while wearing baby, so bring a carrier to class. Beginner friendly class! All levels welcome!

                    • Postpartum Yoga. Join Lindsay & baby Kylo for yoga! The intention of this class is to help mama strengthen her beautiful body after giving birth and allow her to practice yoga with baby. The main focus for mama is a safe reentry (or beginning) to her yoga practice, while rebuilding her pelvic floor, and building up abdominal strength. The main focus for baby is bonding with mama in a positive, loving, and peaceful way. Beginner friendly class! All levels welcome!

                      • Mama & Toddler Yoga. Classes for Mamas and/or Dads/Caregivers with toddlers ages 12 months to 4yrs old. A fun filled yoga and mindfulness practice with songs and stories. We will tucker your little yogi out practicing partner poses, yoga dance moves, and meditation; all while promoting strength and bonding. Beginner friendly class! All levels welcome!

                            • Flight Plan: Arm Balancing & Inversions Workshop. Join Lindsay Lambert for 90 minutes of gravity-defying fun in this monthly empowering arm balancing & inversions workshop. We will cover how to build your inversion foundation step by step, how to use a TRX Suspension Trainer, core ball & yoga wheel as ideal props to help you find flight on the mat, safe ways in & out of postures, modifications & how to build confidence & patience! This workshop is designed for ALL LEVELS.
                              • The 1st Saturday of every month from 12:00pm to 2:00pm
                              • We move to on lake for July & August (SUP Yoga Edition)
                            • Yoga Nidra Workshop. Join Amy M. Jarvis to discover the science behind Yoga Nidra. Amy will cover the Three Fold Components and look into the brain how this form of meditation changes how we live our lives. In the second half of the class Amy will present a full Yoga Nidra.                               • Scheduled monthly on Sundays from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
                            • Ayurvedic Wellness Practice & Sound Bath. Join Hester Morrissey to learn, practice and experience Ayurvedic self-care combined with sound bath for ultimate wellness. This workshop combines Ayurvedic wellness education and seasonal healing practices while enjoying guided meditation, pranayama and a sound bath journey using singing bowls, tingsha, bells, hand drumming and voice.                               • Scheduled monthly Saturdays 12pm to 2pm
                            • PaddleFlow®. Join Paddling Yogini (Lindsay Lambert) on the water! A combination of Yoga, Pilates & Stand Up Paddle Boarding! This class takes your favorite poses & exercises & puts them on the water. Yoga, Pilates & SUP are great for building balance, coordination, endurance & core strength. We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP, then safely launch onto the water, do a short warm-up paddle, anchor the boards & start to flow! This is an all level class for ages 12 & up. No SUP or yoga experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).

                              • Classes run June through August
                            • PaddleFit®. Join Paddling Yogini (Lindsay Lambert) on the water! Learn proper paddling technique, turns, & work up a sweat on your board! We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper paddle positioning, stroke technique, launching, and progressions to getting up. This is an all level class for ages 12 & up. No SUP experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).
