Below is the list of class formats offered at One Mind Yoga. We’re adding more classes and instructors regularly. Please click the link above to view our current weekly schedule and register for your class/workshop. Here at OMY we offer small, intimate, and personal group classes, please register in advance to ensure your spot is reserved.

  • TRX Yoga Fusion. TRX Yoga Fusion~ Make a huge contribution to your stability, durability and all-around movement with the TRX Yoga Fusion Workout. You’ll get a super-efficient, full body routine that will give your daily movements new flow.
    • Mondays 9:45am to 10:45am

  • TRX HIIT Basics. New to TRX Suspension Training? Come learn the basics of this overall body workout! This class is ideal for people who are new to TRX but who are also looking for a fun, high energy experience while catching a glimpse of all TRX has to offer!  Total Resistance eXercise is High Intensity Interval Training at its finest! No free weights to pick up/put down, no machine to adjust- just YOU making your body the machine on & off the TRX Suspension Trainer! This is functional fitness training for all levels & bodies!

  • Indoor/Outdoor TRX HIIT. Total Resistance eXercise is High Intensity Interval Training at its finest! No free weights to pick up/put down, no machine to adjust- just YOU making your body the machine on & off the TRX Suspension Trainer! This is functional fitness training for all levels & bodies! The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. With TRX you are able to perform hundreds of highly functional exercises to build strength, balance, and core stability. Adjust resistance instantly, simply by shifting your body position.

    • Join us outdoors at Confluence Park April through October (check the online schedule for details)
  • Just Roll It (FREE Foam Rolling). Come release your tension, stress, & soreness! Learn self-massage and foam rolling techniques to roll out your tight muscles, knots and kinks that prevent your body from healing quickly after your workouts or sports activities. We will also discuss homeopathic remedies such as the use of Arnica Montana and CBD Oil. Your body needs this!
    • Thursdays & Fridays 9:30am to 9:45am
    • Tuesdays 6:00pm to 6:15pm
  • Yoga HIIT. Take your yoga practice to a new level of challenge with Yoga High Intensity Interval Training. Think Handstand press, Crow jump backs, Pikes into headstand, and more. We will work on postures and sequencing with the goal of gaining the strength that you need to explore more challenging poses. Modifications will always be given to those who need them.

  • Rise & Flow Yoga. Come rise & flow with Lindsay! We will explore traditional elements of Ashtanga; including Sun Salutations (surya namaskar), internal energy bonds (bandhas), & breath control (pranayama). A dynamic yet meditative yoga practice, with an emphasis on synchronizing breath with asanas (postures) to create an intense internal heat & purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Helping the body become healthy, light & strong.
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:15am to 8:15am
  • Afternoon Flow Yoga. A dynamic yet meditative yoga practice, with an emphasis on synchronizing breath with asanas (postures) to create an intense internal heat & purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Helping the body become healthy, light & strong.

  • Gentle Therapeutic Yoga. Yoga Therapy creates the opportunity to explore & meet your true intention towards a healthy physical, emotional and mental life. For all ages and levels; Yoga Therapy adapts to your strengths and where you may require ease. Each class is carefully designed and provides the flexibility to meet the needs of those that attend that day.
    • Fridays 11:15am to 12:30pm
  • Yoga for Athletes. Give your body the attention it needs in Yoga for Athletes! This class will emphasize stretching and recovery poses for athletes who tend to push their bodies with intense sports or exercise activities. Poses to strengthen the core and improve balance will also be included. More challenging poses will be offered to those who desire the progression.
    • Fridays 6:15pm to 7:30pm
  • Prenatal & Partner Yoga. Join prenatal yoga instructor & birth doula Sarah Jordan-Coates for Prenatal & Partner Yoga. Beginning to experienced students are welcome! You can begin prenatal yoga at any point during your pregnancy. This class is open to pregnant women and their partners (spouse, partner, doula, friend, family member, or anyone who will be providing birth support during childbirth). This is a beautiful way to care for yourself during pregnancy while preparing your mind and body for birth. Classes are designed to address the discomforts of pregnancy and strengthen the body. Classes include breath and relaxation practice, modifications of standard yoga postures, and tools to care for yourself through the perinatal period.
    • Mondays 6:15pm to 7:30pm
  • Restorative Yin Yoga. This practice is centered around finding more depth in your body and quieting the mind. The postures will focus on accessing the layers of fascia deep within your body. Poses are held for several minutes focusing on finding more mobility in the joints–spine, hips and pelvis.
    • Wednesdays 6:15pm to 7:30pm
  • Art of Relaxation. This practice will invite you to cultivate softness in the body and stillness in the mind. Using trauma informed techniques, Elle creates a safe space for students to release the stress of modern life. Beginning with a short warm up to generate heat in the body and breathwork to calm the mind, this restorative yoga class utilizes bolsters, blankets, and blocks to create support for long held poses. These supported poses activate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing a deep release of tension from the body. The practice of deep relaxation has both physical and emotional benefits including relief from anxiety, improved sleep, and a deeper sense of Self.
    • Sundays 10:30am to 11:45am
  • Mama Baby Yoga. The intention of this class is to help mama strengthen her beautiful body after giving birth and allow her to practice yoga with baby. The main focus for mama is a safe reentry (or beginning) to her yoga practice, while rebuilding her pelvic floor, and building up abdominal strength. The main focus for baby is bonding with mama in a positive, loving, and peaceful way.

  • Mama & Toddler Yoga. Classes for Mamas (and/or Dads/Caregivers) with toddlers ages 12 months to 36 months. A fun filled yoga and mindfulness practice with songs and stories. We will tucker your little yogi out practicing partner poses, yoga dance moves, and meditation; all while promoting strength and bonding.
    • Tuesdays at 11:00am to 11:45am (Back this Fall)
  • Big Kids Yoga (Elementary School Age). What can Yoga do for your child? Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Mentally, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. During this class, your child will exercise, play, and connect more deeply with their inner self. Yoga helps brings out that inner light that all children have inside!

  • Tween Yoga (Middle School Age). What can Yoga do for your Tween? Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Mentally, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. As they develop their practice, tweens will start to build more strength/ flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, awareness, and control. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations.

  • Family Yoga. Looking for a yoga practice you can share with your kids? Join us for Family Yoga! Parent and child yoga classes deliver the same mental and physical benefits as any other yoga class: peace of mind, relaxation, and increased bodily strength and flexibility. Plus yoga offers a wonderful way for children and parents to come together in a non-competitive and healthy environment to provide each other confidence and support. Classes begin with a simple, interactive warm-up and then progress to include partner or group poses. This time should be as much about child as parent. Please make sure your child is prepared to listen to their bodies & teacher, so you can enjoy your practice too. Ages 8 & up welcome with a parent.
    • Saturdays 10:30am to 11:45am
  • Family Fitness (8 & up). Need a fitness class you can share with your kids? Join Lindsay & her kiddos for all levels Family Fitness. We will explore the foundations of flow yoga, foam rolling, & TRX Yoga Fusion. This time should be as much about child as parent. Please make sure your child is prepared to listen to their bodies & teacher, so you can enjoy your practice too. Ages 8 & up welcome with a parent.

  • PaddleFlow® Yoga. A combination of Yoga, Pilates & Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite poses & exercises & put them on the water. Yoga, Pilates & SUP are great for building balance, coordination, endurance, & core strength.
    We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper stroke technique, launching, & progressions to standing up. Then we anchor the boards & start to PaddleFlow®! This is an all level class for ages 12 & up. No SUP or yoga experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).
    • Mondays & Fridays 12:00pm to 1:15pm

    • Classes run June through August
  • PaddleFit® Core. Learn proper paddling technique, turns, & work up a sweat on your board! We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper paddle positioning, stroke technique, launching, and progressions to getting up. This is an all level class for ages 12 & up. No SUP or yoga experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).
    • Wednesdays 7:15am to 8:30am

  • Yoga Foundations for Newbies. New to Yoga? Come build your foundation with Lori! This class will provide more in-depth instruction and explanation of poses commonly taught in a quick moving flow or hot yoga class. Students are encouraged to ask questions about the poses and discuss the impact of different variations on their body and breath. Learn to link movement with breath as Lori provides verbal cues to help students to maintain mindfulness of their body throughout the class. Read more details on our scheduling site, under the workshop tab.
    • This is a 6 week series designed for beginners & those new to yoga.
    • Scheduled Fridays 7:45pm to 9:00pm
  • Flight Plan: Arm Balancing & Inversions Workshop. Join Lindsay Lambert for 90 minutes of gravity-defying fun in this empowering Arm Balancing & Inversions Workshop. Learn how to use a TRX as the ultimate yoga prop, a safe way in & out of postures, modifications/ variations of postures, deeper meaning/ understanding of the posture, & confidence/ patience in the postures. Never flown before? No problem! This workshop is designed for ALL LEVELS, and will teach new fliers basic arm balance & inversion entries and exits, and provide seasoned fliers with new possibilities.
    • The 1st Saturday of every month from 12:00pm to 2:00pm
    • We move to on lake for July & August (SUP Yoga Edition)
  • Yoga Nidra Workshop. Join Amy M. Jarvis to discover the science behind Yoga Nidra. Amy will cover the Three Fold Components and look into the brain how this form of meditation changes how we live our lives. In the second half of the class Amy will present a full Yoga Nidra.   • Ayurvedic Wellness Practice & Sound Bath. Join Hester Morrissey to learn, practice and experience Ayurvedic self-care combined with sound bath for ultimate wellness. This workshop combines Ayurvedic wellness education and seasonal healing practices while enjoying guided meditation, pranayama and a sound bath journey using singing bowls, tingsha, bells, hand drumming and voice. Read more details on our scheduling site, under the workshop tab.
